Part-Time Human Resources Specialist

The Opportunity: Wings Over is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Part-Time Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions of the Human Resources Department and our brand. Now Serving These Benefits: • An energetic, collaborative, and positive work environment • Weekly pay through direct deposit • Remote position with opportunities to travel Day in the Life (includes, but not limited to): • Work independently up to 25 hours per week • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes • Utilize Paycor for managing HR-related alerts efficiently (Compliance Warnings, Missing Employee Information, etc.) • Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources to help complete various projects related to Human Resources in a timely manner (running reports, creating spreadsheets, applying for taxes, etc.) • Communicate effectively with employees on all levels of the organization • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records • Travel to current and new markets to assist with recruiting efforts and new store openings • Other related duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • HR experience strongly preferred • Associates degree in a related field preferred. • Experience with Paycor Payroll and Recruiting software a plus • Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry a plus • Legal authorization to work in the US Fly With Us: For over 20 years, Wings Over has served the best crispy chicken wings and hand-breaded tenders.
