Advanced Telemed is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing & Documentation Specialist to support our growing provider and client network. This role is responsible for organizing credentialing paperwork and working directly with clients and radiologists to ensure timely and accurate credentialing completion.
What You’ll Do
• Collect, organize, and maintain credentialing documentation for radiologists and providers
• Track credentialing status, deadlines, and expirations
• Assist with credentialing applications, reappointments, and facility-specific forms
• Communicate with clients, hospitals, and providers to obtain required documentation
• Maintain accurate, secure digital credentialing files
• Support onboarding and provider readiness processes
What We’re Looking For
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Experience in healthcare administration, credentialing, or provider onboarding preferred
• Comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience with CAQH, hospital credentialing portals, or telemedicine is a plus
• Ability to scale up or down based on requirements and deadlines
