Job title: Part-Time Creative Specialist Employment Type: Part-Time - Remote Job Description How youll make an impact? As a Part-Time Creative Specialist, you will be the visual voice of the brand. Youll create and produce compelling original videos, static images, and graphic content tailored to professional nail industry audiences — helping the client stand out in the U.S. market and drive higher engagement and conversions through mobile-first, performance-driven creatives. Role Overview: The client is a professional nail product brand targeting nail salons and beauty supply stores in the United States. They are looking for a creative specialist who can produce fresh, high-quality video edits and graphic ad creatives that resonate with American beauty professionals. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is ideal for someone with strong video creation, editing, and graphic design skills who understands social media content performance and can consistently deliver polished, on-brand originals. Key Responsibilities: Creative Development - Conceptualize, create, and edit original videos and static graphic ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. - Design mobile-optimized creatives with clear, readable text and compelling visuals. - Draw from the clients existing website content, social media assets, and brand materials as a resource, while also developing fresh, original content from scratch. - Ensure all creatives reflect the client's brand identity and resonate with a U.S. professional beauty audience. Production & Output - Produce a consistent volume of new creatives weekly (target: 8–10 per week) to support ongoing ad testing. - Maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines and campaign schedules. Collaboration & Strategy Alignment - Collaborate with the Ads Manager to align creatives with current campaign objectives and audience targeting. - Adapt and iterate creatives based on performance feedback and testing insights. Asset Management - Organize and maintain the brands creative asset library for efficient access and scalability. Photography & Videography Support - Enhance the clients website and Amazon listings through professional videography, and refinement of existing images. - Utilize AI-powered image and video tools to create and enhance visual content for ads, listings, and social media at scale. Required Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design for social media or digital advertising - Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) - Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro) - Proficient in AI tools for generating and enhancing image graphics and video content (e.g., Google Gemini, Midjourney, etc) - Experience creating content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads or organic social - Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creatives or branded content Preferred Qualifications: - Experience creating content for beauty, cosmetics, or wellness brands - Familiarity with ad performance metrics and how creative impacts CTR and conversions - Experience with UGC-style (user-generated content) video editing for ads - Knowledge of current social media trends relevant to the beauty/nail industry - Basic motion graphics or animation skills What Youll Bring to the Team: - Creative eye with a strong sense of visual storytelling and brand consistency - Ability to produce high-quality output efficiently and meet weekly delivery targets Whats Not a Good Fit? This role may not be suited for candidates who: - Have no experience with AI image or video generation tools and are unwilling to learn and integrate them into their creative workflow - Has no experience creating ads or content for social media platforms Schedule & Location Setup Location: Fully Remote Schedule: 9am-1pm EST (9pm-1am PH time) Work days: Monday to Friday
