Part-Time CPA (Remote)

Part-Time CPA (Remote) Compensation: $45.00hr.-$50.00hr. Contract: 2 to 4 months Remote/Hybrid- Flexible part-time schedule We are seeking a Temporary CPA with experience in HOA accounting to assist our team with financial reporting, audits, and compliance needs during a busy period. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented CPA familiar with HOA financial operations and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Review HOA financial statements, budgets, and reports in compliance with state regulations and association bylaws. • Verifying accuracy and compliance in financial reporting • Assist with research and reviewing audits and ensure financial transparency for board members and homeowners. • Provide tax preparation and filing support, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws. • Work closely with property managers, HOA boards, and stakeholders to address financial inquiries. • Review and optimize internal controls and financial procedures. Qualifications: • Active CPA license required. • HOA accounting experience is a plus or relevant property management financial experience. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, HOA financial regulations, and tax compliance. • Proficiency in HOA accounting software • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
