We’re currently looking for a US-based, certified HR Consultant to join us on a part-time basis (~10 hours/week) and help support the smooth operation of our people systems during a transition phase. What you’ll handle: • Maintain and manage tools like Gusto (payroll & benefits), Guideline (401k), eVerify, Remote, Checkr, and CorpNet • Ensure compliance with US HR practices • Support smooth onboarding/offboarding flows • Keep our HR documentation sharp and organized (Google Drive) • Be a trusted partner in all things people-related What we’re looking for: • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) • Based in the US, with experience in multi-state compliance • Tech-savvy and organized (you know your way around HR platforms) • Bonus: Experience supporting remote teams • Someone who vibes with a culture of clarity, ownership, and no fluff This is a low-hour commitment but a high-impact role — perfect for someone who wants to contribute to a team that truly values people.
