Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative marketing agency. This role is crucial to our client acquisition strategy, focusing on the day-to-day management of paid media accounts and supporting the overall digital marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals. You will need to be highly communicative and comfortable working with a nimble, fast-paced team. This is a hands-on position that requires an ability to make independent decisions on a daily basis while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Management: Take ownership of paid media accounts across various platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter. This includes daily decision-making on budgets, ad performance, and optimization.
Social Media and Agency Support: Manage basic social media tasks, provide reporting, and handle administrative duties to support agency operations.
Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients as a primary point of contact, providing clear and confident communication. You must be comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, including regular meetings and presentations.
Strategy and Execution: Implement and execute digital marketing strategies, providing tactical support and managing campaign details to ensure client success.
Platform Management: Utilize your expertise in digital platforms like Shopify, and social ad management tools. Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Iterable is a plus.
Reporting and Analysis: Conduct reporting and analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media or digital marketing, with demonstrated competency across a diverse range of paid channels.
A strong understanding of paid advertising, digital marketing strategy, and data analytics.
Platform Proficiency: Direct experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads is essential. Experience with TikTok, Twitter, or other paid channels is highly valued. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently and professionally to clients.
A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a high degree of detail-orientation and a willingness to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Nice to have:
A "VA-type" administrative background in an agency setting is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
