• Provide professional customer service to clients on weekends, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage, review, and audit client schedules in spreadsheets and time-keeping systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Meet deadlines on a weekly basis, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Handle and access escalations, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
