They are seeking an Oracle Unifier/Project Systems Specialist to support Project Controls teams across the U.S., providing technical and functional support while collaborating with diverse teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for project management and control systems used by Project Controls teams nationwide
- Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting project systems to meet business needs
- Collaborate with the PMIS team and Project Controls stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting
- Support system users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training as needed
- Help document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference and compliance
- Participate in testing and quality assurance for system updates and enhancements
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and assist in implementing solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with project management or project controls systems- specifically Oracle Unifier Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies
- Experience supporting project controls or engineering/construction projects
- Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools
- Basic understanding of business process design and optimization
