Job Title: Oracle Financials Budgetary Controls (BCEA) Functional Consultant

Job Overview
• We are looking for a strong Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Budgetary Controls (BCEA) to support complex extensions and financial implementations.
• The consultant will work closely with the Oracle Lead Consultant and must have Public Sector project experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide functional expertise in Oracle Budgetary Controls (BCEA).
• Support implementation and complex financial extensions within Oracle Financials.
• Collaborate with the Oracle Lead Consultant to design and implement financial solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.
• Configure and support budgetary control processes, including funds control and budget validation.
• Assist with testing, documentation, and production support.
• Work with technical teams to support integrations and system enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience as an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Budgetary Controls (BCEA).
• Experience supporting complex financial extensions and configurations.
• Public Sector / Government project experience is required.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Financial modules and budgeting processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
