What You’ll Be Owning This is a core admin role supporting the solar installation workflow from contract to completion. You will help keep job data, schedules, and compliance records accurate and on track. You’ll take the lead on: - Updating and maintaining customer and job records in CRM and job management systems - Uploading contracts, site plans, and service updates with 100 percent accuracy - Managing installation scheduling based on team priorities and deadlines - Flagging data or system issues that could affect job flow - Communicating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) via Teams or 3CX - Completing time-sensitive tasks using Asana with proper prioritization - Managing your own workload and flagging delays early - Using Microsoft Copilot and SOPs to self-serve process instructions Important: You won’t be left guessing.
