Were a fast-growing Thai brand selling health & beauty products through Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta and TikTok ads. Our creatives make customers clickyour job is to keep everything else running like clockwork.
About the Role
Youll run the backbone of the business and make five things happen every week:
1- Inventory stays healthy
Keep a live tracker so every SKU has enough stock.
Re-order repeat POs and chase ETAs with our factories and 3PL.
2- Numbers stay clear
Pull sales & spend exports, then drop a simple profit sheet in the founders inbox by Day 5 each month.
Schedule vendor payments and share docs with the accounting firm so VAT filings land on time.
3- Creatives go live fast
Upload new ads to Meta/TikTok Ads Manager and launch Shopee/TikTok-Shop promos within 24 hours of the brief.
4- Customers stay happy
Monitor reviews, escalate issues, and help keep shop ratings 4.8.
5- Processes stay tidy
Write / update SOPs in Notion and suggest quick automations with Zapier or AI tools so nothing lives only in someones head.
Must-Have Skills & Attitude
- Data-savvy ops wizard comfortable turning messy exports into clear dashboards (Sheets, Excel or BI tools).
- Crisp written and spoken communication (Thai & English) three-line updates, clear next steps; vendors, accountants and teammates always know whats happening.
- Process obsession deadlines dont scare you; chaos does.
- Platform basics hands-on in Meta/TikTok Ads Manager and Shopee/Lazada Seller Centres for uploads.
Bonus points for VAT know-how, Shopify tweaks, or deeper Meta/TikTok/Shopee experiencebut well train the right learner.
