Responsibilities Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues service questions and general client concerns. Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate. Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs. Respond to customer questions inquiries requests and problems accurately. Continually portray and project a positive and professional image. Provide administrative support to the customer service team. Qualifications Strong work ethic. with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. PC keyboarding and internet experience needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills- including written and verbal. Upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor. Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role.
