About the position Responsibilities • Design and facilitate engaging nCino training programs for diverse audiences, including bank employees and support staff. • Create comprehensive training materials that cater to various learning styles and technical proficiencies. • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and performance. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content reflecting the latest nCino system features. • Implement assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure learning outcomes. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for team members regarding nCino processes and functionality. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with organizational objectives. • Lead and manage multiple training projects simultaneously. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an nCino Trainer or in a similar role. • Proven experience in instructional design, including the creation of eLearning modules and instructor-led training materials. • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery technologies. • In-depth knowledge of the nCino platform and its key features. • Proficiency with instructional design software such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Strong organizational and project management skills. Nice-to-haves • Certification in instructional design or training (e.g., CPTD, ATD). • Experience in the banking or financial services sector. • Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
