You’re a master of the details. You love nothing more than a buttoned-up plan (and a plan B, and plan C). You’re a logistical gun; understanding what it takes to deliver an amazing consumer event from top-to-bottom.
Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Support the Market Manager team with event planning in your market
- Provide administrative relief to field team in assistance with event execution
- Serve as a project manager across internal initiatives
- Help with external outreach on behalf of the activation team (Accounts, Ambassadors, Vendors, Etc…)
- Assist with the development of client facing recaps and comms to share back activation details
- Plan designated event logistics, including but not limited to:
- build executional plans
- develop ROS documents
- coordinate details with partners and event leads
- coordinate and manage event assets and elements
- manage event budgets
- provide on-site supervision and support for key events
Qualifications:
Key requirements:
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- (Saturday shifts are mandatory. A weekday can be one offered to supplement)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalency experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in field marketing, lifestyle marketing or brand experiences
- Experience in special event planning and execution
- 2-5 years being immersed in the community/city you live in
- Local area residency or the ability to commute into the city regularly
- Experience with alcohol marketing strongly preferred
- A strong geographic knowledge of the market and local happenings is a must; familiarity with greater region a plus
