CEREVITY is a premier concierge therapy practice purpose-built for high-achieving professionals, including executives, founders, physicians, attorneys, and entrepreneurs. Our clients are driven, high-income individuals seeking private-pay, results-oriented care from exceptional clinicians.
We are expanding our nationwide network and looking for exceptional clinicians. Our network model is simple: you focus 100% on delivering outstanding clinical work, and we handle absolutely everything else, from client acquisition and matching to scheduling and billing.
Work From Anywhere This role is 100% remote. You can live absolutely anywhere, as long as you hold an active clinical license in at least one of our target states listed below.
The Compensation Advantage
• $70 to $90 per 50-minute clinical session.
• Maximize Your Earnings: We compensate you based on the highest-paying state license you hold. If you are licensed in multiple states, you will automatically be paid at the rate of your highest-paying state for all of your sessions, regardless of where you reside.
• Prorated premium pay for extended formats, including 90-minute sessions and 3-hour intensives.
• Bi-weekly direct deposit.
Target States (Must be licensed in one or more) Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
What You Will Do
• Deliver exceptional virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific goals.
• Complete EHR documentation within 24 hours.
• Maintain current schedule availability and licensure status.
• Collaborate with the CEREVITY care team as needed.
Qualifications Required:
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in one or more of our target states (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, LCPC, LICSW, LPCC, LCMHC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist depending on the state).
• Minimum 3 months of post-licensure experience.
• Available for 5 to 25 sessions per week.
• Comfortable with EHR systems, secure video platforms, and digital tools.
• Please note: Associates and provisional licenses are not accepted.
Preferred:
• Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred. Therapists licensed in two or more of our target states get access to a broader client pool and immediate priority matching. If you hold licenses in multiple states, or are willing to pursue additional licensure, you will move straight to the front of the line.
• Experience working with high-achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, career transitions, imposter syndrome, or complex relationship dynamics.
• Background in executive coaching, performance psychology, or working directly with Type-A professionals.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
