We’re looking for a confident, sharp, and reliable Virtual Dispatcher to help manage moving crews for jobs we receive through our moving services accounts. You’ll be the point of contact between customers and moving crews, making sure jobs are assigned quickly, handled smoothly, and completed on time.
This is not just a coordination role — you’ll need sales skills, problem-solving ability, and confidence to handle negotiations with crews, resolve issues on the spot, and keep both the customers and movers satisfied.
Responsibilities:
Assign jobs to moving crews from our database and make sure they accept and show up on time
Negotiate rates with crews while keeping company margins in mind
Handle customer calls/messages with professionalism and confidence
Resolve last-minute problems (crew cancellations, customer concerns, delays, etc.)
Keep detailed records of jobs (assigned crews, job status, customer feedback)
Follow company SOPs while also being able to think on your feet when situations change
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a clear, confident voice
Ability to stay calm and persuasive under pressure
Sales or negotiation experience is a plus
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in US time zones (EST/CST/PST depending on scheduling needs)
Reliable internet and phone setup for calls/messages
