Job Description:
We are looking for a very senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Develop customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows
Work on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Integrate CRM with external systems using APIs / Azure services
Lead client discussions, gather requirements, and provide technical solutions
Perform data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
Mentor junior team members and drive best practices.
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Dynamics CRM / D365
Strong experience in:
Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service
Power Platform
Azure integrations
CI/CD, DevOps
Experience in end-to-end implementations
Excellent communication & client-facing skills
Preferred:
Microsoft Certifications (MB-210, MB-230, etc.)
Experience in enterprise-level CRM transformations
