They are seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to drive brand growth by creating high-quality video content and executing social campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities - End-to-End Content Creation: Lead the ideation, production, and post-production of high-frequency video content for TikTok and Instagram - Strategic Campaign Execution: Plan and launch four major integrated social campaigns within your first six months, ensuring alignment with email marketing and retailer activity - Community & Influencer Growth: Act as the primary bridge to our creator community, overseeing two quarterly influencer campaigns in collaboration with our agency partners - Data-Driven Optimization: Perform monthly deep-dives into social insights to move beyond 'vanity metrics' and optimize content for maximum reach and conversion - Trend Monitoring: Bring three fresh, trend-aligned content ideas to the team weekly to keep the brands at the forefront of the pet industry Skills - 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer/creator programs, or digital marketing with an emphasis on video production - A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to craft digital stories that capture attention and drive measurable engagement - Proficiency in Word, Excel, social media management and end-to-end video editing tools - Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Similar Field - Experience with Sprout Social, CapCut and Canva Benefits - Profit sharing bonus potential - 401k matching - A variety of other benefits Company Overview - Educational Insights create unique and innovative toys, games, and classroom tools for today’s kids!
