Job Title: Market Sales Representative Status: Full Time Location: Remote in Syracuse, NY Department: Sales Reports to: Senior Market Sales Manager Job Type: Exempt Position Objective The Market Sales Representative is responsible for the execution of chain and trade marketing programs at the store level for an assigned market. As a brewery field sales representative, the MSR is expected to be an authority on product knowledge, brand positioning, and programming in the marketplace. Execute chain activity in territory. Grow brands and SKUs in key accounts. Build relationships with wholesaler resp. Drive trade market execution and promote and educate market with brands. Be a self-starter and field leader to drive results in the on and off premise. Key Responsibilities - Increase availability and visibility of FIFCO USA brands by ensuring best-in-class execution of trade programs within each account - Partner with wholesaler sales representatives to grow volume, presence, and influence in the trade - Execute brand strategy at the point of connection with the consumer - Drive business to achieve KPIs assigned to market - Promotions to drive consumer engagement and product trial - Sell in and deliver pos to key accounts - Manage company dollars in best use for ROI - Sell in items and chain gaps at store level Core Competencies - Organized and self-managed to complete tasks for wholesaler and market manager in a timely manner - Excellent communication skills and follow-up - Strong analytical skills - Self-motivated - Passion for communicating - Driven to success - Love for our Triple Bottom Line philosophy - Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment - Ability to work nights and weekend if needed - Ability to use current software programs such as excel, PowerPoint, etc. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred - 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing - 1-2 years in the alcohol beverage industry preferred - Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Must be a minimum of 21 years of age - Must hold a valid driver’s license without any alcohol-related offenses - Must be able to drive long distances regularly, including weekly travel throughout Central New York - Geographic mobility is a plus! If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
