Managing Consultant - Oracle Cloud Payroll (Remote)

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Managing Consultant – Oracle Cloud Payroll to lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to guide project teams through the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Payroll solutions. • Lead the design, build, and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Payroll module. • Collaborate with technical teams to provide payroll module expertise during the design of interfaces, integrations, and reports. • Plan and execute SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel runs. • Play a key role in developing the Oracle HCM Cloud practice and building reusable assets/repositories. • Understand legacy payroll systems and map processes and data to Oracle Cloud Payroll. • Gather requirements, perform analysis, and prepare fit/gap documents. • Design and maintain end-to-end payroll processing cycles in Oracle Cloud (regular, off-cycle, retro, year-end). • Build strong relationships and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
