Logistics Sales Consultant – Freight Brokerage Background Required Company: Team Regal Industries (Consulting & Education Firm) Location: Remote (U.S.-Based Preferred) Openings: 3 Compensation: Commission + Growth Incentives + Optional Partnership Discussion About Team Regal Industries Team Regal Industries is a transportation consulting and logistics education company. We design systems, sales frameworks, and structured curriculum that teach professionals how to acquire shippers, develop carrier relationships, and build scalable logistics operations. We are not a freight brokerage. We are seeking professionals with direct freight brokerage experience who can apply that expertise within a consulting, training, and growth-focused environment. What We’re Looking For We want experienced freight professionals who: • Have worked inside a freight brokerage environment • Understand shipper acquisition strategy • Are comfortable managing carrier conversations • Know how to prospect, qualify, and close • Have strong phone presence and objection-handling skills • Are outgoing and confident in public-facing roles • Are comfortable promoting professional work on social media • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset • Are interested in helping build and train teams If you have a book of business, that’s a plus. If you understand how to build one from scratch, that works too. Core Responsibilities • Prospect and secure shipper relationships for consulting engagements • Develop carrier-side relationships as part of acquisition strategy • Conduct outbound calls and structured follow-ups • Assist in training new agents using our established curriculum • Contribute to curriculum refinement and strategy development • Help expand the Team Regal Industries ecosystem • Represent the brand publicly and professionally You will have access to: • Structured logistics curriculum • Prospecting systems • Curated industry contact lists • Training frameworks • Growth infrastructure Ideal Candidate You are: • Strong on the phone • Comfortable closing conversations • Clear in speech and presentation • Not introverted in professional settings • Energized by building something from the ground up • Interested in long-term scalability • Potentially open to equity or partnership discussions This is a startup environment.
