Live Chat Agent job at Symphony Solution, Inc. Fanwood, NJ. This is a remote position. Symphony-Solution is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support to our website visitors and clients. As the first point of contact, you will help users with inquiries, provide guidance on services, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
