Job Title: Rental Listing Agent – Home Leasing Specialist *1099 commission Company: Brooks Murphy Real Estate powered by Occupyy Realty Location: DFW, Texas (Remote + Field Work) Job Summary We are seeking LICENSED Home Leasing Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist Landlord clients in marketing their rental properties to find a quality Tenant, while providing exceptional & speedy customer service throughout. This role requires good negotiation skills along with the ability to effectively market & show rental properties to potential tenants. Income: • $1,200 Avg Commission per deal • Agents are closing 5-10 Deals per month *top Agents bringing in six figures • Training & Leads Provided • Most work will be in your home office, remote office or rental property. • Commission 1099 position • Part Time & Full Time • Great split on Personal Deals • Small monthly Broker Fee What will you be doing: • Utilize marketing strategies to promote available rentals through various channels, including social media and online listings. • Conduct property showings & provide information specific to their listing. Negotiate lease terms and conditions on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations Facilitate Listing & Lease Paperwork via Docusign • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. • Stay informed about local real estate trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients. Requirements: • Must Pass criminal background check to obtain a real estate license • Texas State Real Estate License Required *or registered in RE School • Experience in customer service, sales, or real estate administrative roles. • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients. • Excellent communication skills • Ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele (Investors & Tenants) • A proactive, sometimes outside of the box, approach to marketing rental properties in efforts to generate Tenant interest • Organizational skills a plus, but not required Bilingual or multilingual is a plus, but not required • Ability to manage your schedule as your own boss & treat this is YOUR business, as it is Contact Brooks Murphy Real Estate | Email [email protected] or call 972-965-3322 | 405-595-6386 for an interview.
