Together, we enhance the quality of life for those we serve by providing innovative and compassionate care in the comfort of their homes and communities. - Make an impact by supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. - Lead and mentor a dedicated team of paraprofessional staff. - Enjoy a flexible, community-based work environment. - Comprehensive benefits that support life outside of work. - Stability – an employer of choice for 50 years. - Centralized HR, IT, education, and employee experience teams for better support.   Benefits - Flexible and comprehensive health insurance plans - Education reimbursement - Paid time off - Opportunities for internal promotion and professional growth What You’ll Do - Conduct hearing screenings and audiometric evaluations, interpreting results to recommend personalized hearing solutions - Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and assistive devices to meet individual patient needs - Educate and counsel patients and families on hearing loss, device use, care, and expectations - Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs on hearing devices to ensure optimal performance - Provide high-quality, patient-centered service and build strong relationships with patients and caregivers - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards - Collaborate with audiologists, physicians, and care teams to support coordinated patient care - Manage inventory and support ongoing patient success through follow-up care and device optimization - Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment and stay current with advancements in hearing healthcare What You’ll Bring - Current State of Maine license as a Hearing Aid Dealer and Fitter in good standing - Completion of a State-approved training program; associate degree or higher preferred - 2+ years of experience in hearing aid dispensing, fitting, and patient care preferred - Strong clinical skills in audiometric testing, hearing aid selection, fitting, and programming - Ability to educate and counsel patients effectively, setting clear and realistic expectations - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining hearing devices and related technology - Knowledge of hearing healthcare, HIPAA, and infection control standards - Experience with hearing aid software and electronic medical records preferred - Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills - Customer service and sales experience, including discussing product options and follow-up care   Join Us At Andwell, enhancing quality of life for those we serve is our why. Creating a remarkable experience for our team is our how. We believe in supporting one another, celebrating achievements, and staying true to our mission in the communities we serve.
