Salary $80,000 - $85,000 per year A Bit About Us We’re hiring an experienced Billing Specialist to join our Corporate Billing Department. This full-time role requires professional services or legal billing experience and involves full-charge client billing. The Billing Specialist, reporting to the Billing Manager, will provide high-quality service to personnel, clients, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Job Details Key Responsibilities • Reviewing client contracts and setting up cases upon activation • Generating routine, electronic, and complex client invoices • Tracking and reporting on various assignments • Data entry, editing, and customization of invoices based on contract terms • Analyzing and reporting on WIP (Work in Progress) • Providing support to other billing staff as needed Qualifications To Be Considered For The Role • 5+ years in full-charge billing for large professional service or law firms (500+ attorneys) • Experience with Elite 3E, BillBlast, or Workday • Must live in PST or CST time zones • Bachelor's degree preferred • E-billing experience (E-Billing HUB), bankruptcy experience, or international multi-currency billing is a plus Interested in hearing more?
