Position Overview:
We're seeking an exceptional Lead Supervisor to join our Customer Care team, where you'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of customer service representatives, and drive excellence in customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries and requests
- Provide coaching, counseling, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Respond to escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Contribute to establishing a work environment that recognizes achievement, rewards high performance, and promotes opportunity
- Perform supervisory stand-by duty as required, including weekends or emergency situations

- Competitive salary range: $92,185 - $115,232, dependent on experience and location

Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree preferred, or 5 years of strongly related experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with 3 years of supervisory experience
