About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer (UX) to direct the development of new internal tools for marketing and business planning experiences. In this role, you will constantly engage with products, business teams, stakeholders, and customers to create experiences that drive the collaboration vital for Target's success. Numerous legacy tools exist in this space, and your work will be to transform those legacy tools into valuable, usable, and adaptable systems that help advance business processes.

We want someone whose approach to UX starts with systems thinking and generative discovery and proceeds to detailed design - someone who can own the entire process from concept to completion. As part of the Marketing product team, you will have access to internal clients, close product partners, and dedicated engineering resources.
