We specialize in connecting qualified educators with schools that need their expertise. Position Overview We are actively recruiting substitute teachers for positions encompassing kindergarten through high school levels (grades K-12). We deliver both immediate assignment possibilities (daily/short-term coverage) and sustained substitute positions (extended placements lasting weeks to months). Our affiliate schools seek instructors who demonstrate proficiency in building engaging, inclusive classroom settings that serve students with varied learning needs. Assignment Opportunities Available Immediate assignments : Day-to-day teaching roles with flexible scheduling frameworks Sustained positions : Extended teaching roles ranging from multiple weeks to complete semester assignments Core Responsibilities Provide instruction across various subject disciplines and grade ranges Facilitate lesson plan implementation and educational activities Assess and support student academic and behavioral growth Establish ongoing communication with families and school staff concerning student needs Participate collaboratively with teaching teams and educational communities Deliver specialized assistance for students with varying needs (including ADHD, behavioral factors, etc.) Contribute to classroom management and student supervision when required Required Qualifications Experience with K - 12 education Experience working with children with diverse learning needs is highly valued Adherence to modest dress code Strong classroom management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.37 - $30.46 per hour Work Location: In person
