Responsibilities • Assist other bookkeepers with current clients , • Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis , • Produce monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and projections , • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate financial records , • Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Suite proficiently Requirements • 5 years or more of bookkeeping experience , • 4 years of QuickBooks experience , • 2 years of governmental accounting experience , • 2 years of payroll experience , • Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite , • HR background is helpful (but not mandatory) , • Certification is a plus, but not a requirement Nice-to-haves • HR background , • Certification in bookkeeping Benefits • Flexible schedule , • Work from home , • Opportunities for on-the-job training Apply Job!
