We offer a clear and simple compensation of a competitive salary for this position.   Job Summary We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper/controller to manage financial operations across multiple business entities. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks Online, multi-company management, and bilingual capabilities to support our Latin American operations. • 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling) • Independent contractor status • Remote work possible • Potential for increased hours as companies grow • Pay is commensurate with experience. Responsibilities • Manage 5-6 company files in QuickBooks Online • Process multi-state sales tax using Avalara • Manage Shopify and Fishbowl inventory systems integration • Run payroll through ADP, including compliance monitoring for breaks/lunch • Prepare financial reports for insurance providers • Process accounts payable and prepare approval lists • Handle Spanish-language financial communications with Latin American clients • Develop and maintain financial SOPs • Manage accounts receivable and collections • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Qualifications • 5+ years experience in bookkeeping/accounting • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online multi-company management • Experience with Avalara, Shopify, and Fishbowl inventory • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and ADP platform • Experience with multi-state sales tax requirements • Proven track record of developing and implementing SOPs • Excellent organizational and documentation skills To Apply Submit resume, cover letter, and three professional references detailing your experience with: We are an equal opportunity employer Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Work Location: Remote Apply Job!  Ready to Apply?
