As a key member of our Diversity & Access team, you will play a vital role in attracting and educating the next generation of outstanding computer scientists and engineers. This temporary 9-month position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact, work with a diverse population, and enjoy a competitive salary range of $5,463 - $5,681 per month, along with generous benefits and work-life programs. As an Undergraduate Recruiter, you will travel throughout Washington State to recruit incoming direct-to-major and transfer students, counsel prospective students and their families, and co-plan events to promote the Allen School's undergraduate programs. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and who are committed to creating a welcoming community for students from all backgrounds.
