We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our team at Express, Inc. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of our Go-To-Market strategy and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a liaison between internal cross-functional teams and our domestic/international vendor base
- Managing inventory levels, tracking orders, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders
- Coordinating sample management, including requesting and tracking samples from external vendors
- Leading communication for upcoming order responsibilities and providing updates to internal and external teams
- Supporting Senior/Production Coordinators in executing the Go-To-Market schedule and company initiatives
- Analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to the cross-functional team
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing/purchasing or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and think critically
