About the Role
As a Social Media Sales Representative with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in starting authentic conversations with potential clients, building relationships, and selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will work closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Starting new conversations with potential clients through social media platforms
- Following up with leads and closing sales
- Organic account growth and management
- Replying to active leads and closing sales
- Management and daily communication tasks
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
- Experience working from home
- Background in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of social media platforms and sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Compensation and Benefits:
As a Social Media Sales Representative with arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:
- Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
- No limit on commissions
