Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at blithequark. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for creating and managing web content, analyzing data, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Input and extraction of data from various Excel spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Creation of products viewed online by customers for purchase, including writing product descriptions using SEO best practices and keyword research
- Research of product details to ensure products displayed on our website are accurate and compliant with brand requirements
- Handling customer inquiries by answering emails and taking calls to provide excellent customer service
- Error resolution on digital marketplaces to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Reviewing, organizing, and selecting images for new products to enhance visual appeal
- Managing multiple web-based programs simultaneously to streamline tasks and improve productivity
Position Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
- A quiet work space for a desktop computer with 2 screens to ensure optimal productivity
- Ability to use multiple web-based programs at once to manage tasks efficiently
- Comfortable with repetitious tasks and able to manage a large amount of data accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Flexible and team-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel, Word, and PC skills
Essential Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
