About the Role
As a Fresh Remote Data Entry Professional, you will play a vital role in our data management and entry team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Input and update various types of data into blithequark's systems accurately, perform regular reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and maintain up-to-date records by logging changes and updates efficiently.
- Data Verification and Quality Assurance: Verify data for discrepancies by cross-checking against source documents, flag and report any inconsistencies or errors found during data entry, and assist in data cleansing activities to remove outdated or duplicate records.
- Collaboration and Communication: Participate in team meetings to stay informed about project updates and requirements, communicate effectively with team members to clarify data entry instructions, and provide clear updates on progress.
- File Management: Organise and manage electronic files and documents to ensure easy retrieval, ensure all data is stored securely and complies with blithequark's data privacy standards.
- Basic Reporting: Generate simple reports using entered data based on predefined templates, document and share findings from data verification processes.
- Adhering to Guidelines: Follow established data entry protocols and procedures strictly, ensure compliance with blithequark's guidelines for data security and confidentiality.
- Continuing Education and Training: Participate in training sessions to stay current with blithequark's data systems and tools, adopt new tools and techniques as directed to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor issues that may arise during data entry, escalate complex issues to supervisors with a detailed description of the problem.
- Task Management: Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and manage workloads effectively, demonstrate initiative in managing time and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
