About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key member of our customer service function, you'll play a critical role in assisting clients with their inquiries and providing solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
- Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
- Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services
- Analyzing and identifying potential risks and identifying solutions that meet client needs
- Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
- Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
- Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience
- Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-4 years of work experience in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
- Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently
Education
A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
Training and Development
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to complete training on site at our Jacksonville, Florida location. After training, you may have the option to participate in our Home Office Program, where you'll work from home as long as you're performing in role, have proper working conditions, and technology that's required.
