About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key member of our customer service function, you'll play a critical role in assisting clients with their inquiries and providing solutions that meet their needs. Training and Development

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to complete training on site at our Jacksonville, Florida location. After training, you may have the option to participate in our Home Office Program, where you'll work from home as long as you're performing in role, have proper working conditions, and technology that's required.
