Job Post: Marketplace Manager Bol.com (Listing Specialist)
Part-time — 12 to 20 hours per week — Long-term collaboration
We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager for Bol.com, someone with expertise in listing optimization, SEO, conversion improvement, and product presentation. Advertising experience is not required; the focus is on organic growth and strong content. You will be responsible for multiple brands within various niche markets. You will work closely with the owner and a data analyst who will prepare all the figures, returns data, and dashboards for you.
What you'll do
Rewrite and optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and USPs
Conduct keyword research and integrate it into listings
Analyze current listings for click-through rates, conversion rates, reviews, and content quality
Create image and design briefings for product photography
Conduct competitor and market research
Analyze product reviews and return reasons → propose improvement actions
Write short weekly performance updates
Manage actions and projects in Asana/ClickUp
Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on commercial impact
What you don't have to do
Manage advertising campaigns (ACOS/TACOS/Bidding)
Customer service
Warehouse/logistics
Technical product development
(You can contribute ideas, but it's not part of your core tasks.)
Your impact

Someone who understands why a customer does or doesn't buy — and responds accordingly. You are responsible for:
Organic revenue growth

What we're looking for
Proven experience with Bol.com or Amazon listing optimization
Strong understanding of language, copywriting, and structure
Understanding of marketplace SEO (keywords, ranking, CTR, conversion)
Analytical and detail-oriented
You work independently and generate your own ideas
You can think in terms of revenue impact, not in terms of occupational therapy
Bonus (optional):
Experience with Asana/ClickUp/Notion
Experience with e-commerce content creation
Basic knowledge of product photography or briefing
