The role involves configuring and maintaining the ITSM platform, primarily focusing on the ServiceNow environment, while collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Responsibilities - Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements - Build and enhance workflows, forms, and integrations for efficient service delivery - Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to governance and best practices - Partner with business units to understand operational needs and gather requirements - Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with developers and analysts - Contribute to continuous process improvement and efficient service management - Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and automation - Document and maintain accurate records of platform configurations and changes - Stay updated with the latest ITSM trends and technologies to enhance our platform - Provide support and training to end-users on the ITSM platform as needed Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms - Experience with workflow design and process automation - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy) for platform customization - Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities - Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and technologies Company Overview - First Hawaiian Bank is a financial institution that provides personal, business, and wealth management services.
