About the position
The Analyst participates in planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance/support, and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to assigned EPIC Willow applications
Requirements
• Associate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Capable of quickly absorbing knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations.
• 2 years of acute care or retail experience.
• Clinical Licensure Pharmacy/Tech upon hire
• Analysts supporting Epic will have or obtain Epic Certification in their primary application within three months of completing the first Epic class.
• Obtaining and maintenance of Epic Certification in the primary application is a mandatory job requirement.
Nice-to-haves
• RPh, Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years' experience in Information Technology.
• IT background, Effective oral, written communication, and follow-up skills. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Task management and problem-solving skills expected. Project management and leadership experience desired.
• Requires strong self-motivation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solver.
• 3-5 years of acute care or retail experience.
• Epic certification
