The Internal Consulting Associate will aid financial advisors in navigating and applying relevant products and services to client situations, demonstrating product knowledge and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Educate and guide Advisors on LPL’s Advisory Platforms and investment options
- Consult on specific client scenarios, providing suitable solutions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and where appropriate, educate, mentor, and share knowledge within the organization and the Advisory Desk team
- A commitment and passion around helping our advisors grow their practices
- A variety of basic investment product knowledge and a hunger to become a deep subject matter expert
- An understanding of the financial services industry and a willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related areas
- SIE
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66, or ability to get licensed within the first 6 months
- Must be in office 2 days a week
