Interim HR M&A Manager

We are working with a large US-based software company. They are looking for a mid-level HR M&A integration specialist who can handle the full employee integration lifecycle. Typical responsibilities would include workforce disposition planning, retention and organizational design decisions, compensation alignment, offer-letter frameworks, Workday onboarding, and broader post-close integration activities. The role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategic and hands-on tasks and collaborate closely with the company’s internal M&A team. Candidates might come from a Big Four integration practice or have in-house experience managing HR integration during acquisitions. Apply tot his job
