We are currently seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Integrations Developer to join our client's Digital Integration team. This is a 100% remote opportunity, working Eastern Time hours. Integrations Developer Position Summary: The Integrations Developer will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and supporting integrations within the Workday platform across key HR modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, and Core HCM. Integrations Developer Key Responsibilities: • Develop, monitor, and maintain Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation tools. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to HR and Payroll data flow. • Collaborate with HRIS and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth integration between Workday and third-party systems. • Support secure data transmission and transformation protocols (e.g., XSLT, XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, SFTP). • Ensure compliance and data integrity across all Workday-related integration activities. Required Qualifications: • Minimum Experience in Workday integration experience in mid-to-large enterprise environments. • At least 1 year of experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation. • Proven experience with Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation modules. • Proficiency with integration technologies such as XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, and secure file transfer protocols. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. • Prior Workday ERP implementation experience is a plus.
