About the Role: The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding customer relationships primarily through remote communication channels. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales within assigned territories using CRM systems to track and manage interactions. The role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Success in this position directly impacts the company’s market presence and customer satisfaction levels. The Inside Sales Representative must thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service. Minimum Qualifications: - Proven experience in inside sales or a related sales role. - Proficiency with CRM software and tools, including Salesforce. - Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems beyond basic usage. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Knowledge of the specific industry or product line relevant to the company. - Additional training or certification in sales techniques or CRM software. - Experience in the corrosion control industry is a plus.  Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM platforms to understand their needs and present appropriate product or service solutions. - Manage and update customer information and sales activities in CRM software such as Salesforce.com to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. - Develop and execute sales strategies within assigned sales territories to meet or exceed revenue goals. - Collaborate with outside sales teams and other departments to coordinate efforts and maximize customer satisfaction. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
