Litson PLLC is a law firm dedicated to representing clients in complex legal challenges. They are seeking an IT On-Call / Freelance Support Technician to maintain IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide user support as needed in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Mac computers, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Assist with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Office, Teams) and monitor for cybersecurity issues
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including phishing protection and crisis resolution
- Install and troubleshoot Rally Bar and other office hardware
- Set up and maintain new and existing laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, and other office equipment
- Respond to technical support inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across the office
- Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT tools and systems
- Maintain all systems and devices to ensure efficient and secure operations
Skills
- Proficiency in macOS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled at fixing tech issues such as printers, computers, Wi-Fi, and setting up new equipment
- Experience providing both onsite and remote IT support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of IT systems and best practices
- Knowledgeable in cybersecurity monitoring and crisis resolution
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for on-call support
- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
