Required Skills • Over 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a concentrated focus on partnership tax. • Comprehensive understanding of federal and state partnership tax laws and regulations. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in various tax software and technological tools. Qualifications • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field is required. A master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
