Position Title: Solution Architect - ILCS
Position Location: Remote
Job Summary:
The Solution Architect works together with clients while directly supporting the sales team. The ability to clearly articulate solutions and services to our existing client base and prospects is essential. Involvement in client opportunities start with the initial client meeting and continue through the design phases of the solution.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver detailed statements of work (SOW) and proposals with a high-level project plan.
- Deliver accurate Bills of Materials
- Communicate with the technical services delivery team to convey client end-goals.
- Manage your own time, calendar, and follow-ups.
- Consultative with a trusted advisor approach.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of networking & security experience with knowledge of associated best practices and technology.
- 1-2+ years of pre-sales, client facing experience OR equivalent experience as a post-sales consulting engineer with the desire to enter pre-sales profession.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
