Responsibilities
• Provide remote and onsite support across hardware, software, and networking.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional IT solutions.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) roles.

• Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS systems administration.

• Experience with network administration and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems.
