Department Name Human Resources Position Scope Performs general clerical duties in human resources functions such as employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations safety, and health. Files job applications and screening tests, and mails copies of approved and processed PA's to the correct department. Requirements Must be a Human... Resources Major or Business Major. Must be able to type 35 wpm net and use a 10-key calculator by touch. Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Fluency in a designated foreign language may be required. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to use a personal computer. Should be a high school graduate or the equivalent. No prior work experience is necessary. Must not be graduating within 3 semesters. Must submit a Winter 2024 class schedule (weekly view) and Resume.
