This salary range may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location. • *Job Summary** The HR Services Specialist is responsible for executing HR transactions and administrative processes that support our global workforce. This role partners with the Human Resources team to ensure operational excellence across key areas, including compliance, systems maintenance and records management, reporting and analytics, and employee lifecycle management. • *Essential Duties/Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. • Demonstrates integrity and a positive, service-oriented attitude when interacting with employees, candidates, and internal/external clients, while safeguarding confidential information and upholding company values. • Works closely with leadership within the HR team in the administration of various employee compliance programs, such as, EEO, E-Verify, Debarment, and more. • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned HR specialties, contributing to the design and execution of accurate, timely, and efficient processes that align with broader HR strategies. • Collaborates across the HR Services team through cross-training, peer support, and escalation of issues to leadership as needed. • Maintains and updates the ADP core HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and timely communication with stakeholders such as payroll, benefits, finance, HR Business Partners, and records management. • Assists with scheduled audits of HRIS data to ensure system integrity and compliance. • Supports HR reporting needs by preparing and distributing scheduled reports to key stakeholders and ensuring data accuracy for analytics. • Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs and manages escalations from junior team members. • Assists in merger & acquisition activities such as HRIS, Payroll, and Records set up • Coordinates HR and employee engagement events as requested • Partners with HR Business Partners to define processes, forms and service levels for employee lifecycle activities such new hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes, etc. • Prepares onboarding documentation for new hires, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and proper entry into the HRIS system. • Prepares and process employee termination documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and coordinate removal from payroll, benefits, and all relevant HR systems. • Serves as the central point of contact for maintaining the HRIS system, managing all employee data changes with precision and timeliness. • Supports the organization and maintenance of HR records—both paper and electronic—in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. • Provides guidance to staff on HR practices, company policies, and issue resolution, ensuring alignment with federal and state employment laws. • Contributes to special projects by defining objectives, establishing timelines, conducting research, organizing information, and executing required actions. • Maintains and update checklists, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect evolving workflows. • Ensures all legally required federal and state emplo
