Kick-start your HR career with Hilti! We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Graduate Intern to help deliver high-quality HR services across the META region.
In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and regional collaboration, while working closely with a dynamic team in a fast-paced and international environment.

What does the role involve?
• Supporting daily HR operations across the META region
• Coordinating employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, organizational changes, and exits
• Maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems such as Workday
• Preparing and issuing employee documentation including employment letters, contracts, certificates
• Handling employee queries through HR ticketing tools and ensuring timely follow-up
• Working closely with regional HR teams and stakeholders
• Contributing to reporting and data quality checks

What you need:
• A recent bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest in HR Operations or Shared Services
• Previous HR internship experience is a plus
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Exposure to ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is a plus
• Strong communication skills in both English and Turkish
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
